Forget everything you think you know about working the wardrobe. In a team of 80+ per entrance, you'll take attendee's suitcases, backpacks and jackets at our MASSIVE wardrobe. Despite the size, we've never lost a single thing. Except our minds ;)

A casual "Moin Moin!" comes easily to your lips? Then the accreditation could be your place-to-be. Here you are in constant contact with our visitors and give the starting signal for the OMR Festival. Your work steps are short and simple: greeting, checking in and wishing you a lot of fun at the event - and all that in the friendliest Northern German manner.

The OMR Masterclasses are 90-minute seminars on specific topics. In this team, you are the contact person for the admission to your masterclass track. Along the way, you can also learn a marketing secret or two. Perfect for all marketing junkies.

Instead of chattering, the order of the day is to get down to work. There is no precise job description. The stand-by specialists are our A-team and take care of tasks that arise at short notice. Organized in small teams, you will be out and about on the festival grounds. Hands-on mentality is required here.

Our internal OMR team needs your support. You will work hand in hand with OMR employees in small teams on special tasks in various areas. You should be able to work independently and solution-oriented.

You don't know the word "stress" and speaking English is no problem for you anyway? Then you've come to the right place! In this work area you are the navigation of our hundreds of speakers. From the reception to the performance, you will guide them through the event and be their contact person for all questions and requests.

Small teams with many different tasks from A to Z. From story runner, to spin support, to payment station, everything is possible here. Based on your profile, we will see together which team is the best for you.

You love the contact with guests and already have some previous gastronomic experience? Then OMR Gastro is the right place for you. In the middle of the action you are the friendly face that reads every wish from the lips of the visitors and provides them with food and drinks.

Our heroes in the background; without these teams nothing functions. After all, you make sure that everything is set up on time, runs smoothly and our visitors can enjoy the OMR Festival to the fullest. Whether during set-up, backstage or in the thick of things - the teams in logistics have a clear view and can see every corner of the festival site - good mood guaranteed!
