WILDPLASTIC® GmbH, is located in Hamburg and was founded in 2019 by seven individuals with the mission to rid the world of wild plastic waste. Together with its partners, the organization recovers wild plastic lying in the environment and processes it into circular products. WILDPLASTIC® has established the world's first supply chain for wild film plastic (LDPE), focusing on sustainability, fairness and eye-to-eye partnerships with local organizations. Their products save up to 70% CO₂ compared to products made from virgin plastic, improve the working conditions of waste collectors, and remove plastic from the environment.
