In addition to OMR, Philipp has been decisive in building up and selling off various online marketing and ad-tech companies together with his partners (in 2011 adyard was sold to Gruner + Jahr, in 2015 metrigo to Zalando). With the OMR Podcast, one of Germany’s 50 biggest podcasts, he reaches 50,000 listeners a week.


Dörthe joined YouGov in 2015 as a Product Manager with the launch of YouGov Profiles in Germany and also supported the introduction in other European markets. In her current role, she is developing YouGov's global audience data proposition, working directly with our existing agency- and tech partners and exploring new partnerships. Prior to joining YouGov, she worked for various media agencies, consulting national and international clients on media planning and strategy, and coordinating pan-European accounts. Dörthe studied International Business and Strategic Marketing at Maastricht University.


Benjamin Prause is responsible for sales in the key account segment at Yext and helps customers with digital transformation, especially in the area of "Digital Knowledge Management". Previously, Prause was CEO at eprofessional, where he achieved double-digit annual growth, co-founded eSP eSales Performance Marketing in Hamburg and managed various online units of Bertelsmann's subsidiary arvato eCommerce.

Nadine leads the Product Marketing for Facebook in Berlin and is responsible for the DACH countries, the Benelux countries and Central as well as Eastern Europe since 2016. In her role, she supports companies and agencies to use Messenger and WhatsApp for their marketing activities successfully. Prior, the proven product marketing expert has worked as a Client Partner FMCG and Retail for Facebook for five years.

Sven Bieber has been working for Spotify since 2016. In his current role he is Head of Ad Sales Germany and leads the ad sales business for Spotify in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Previously he was Director Audio Sales and responsible for the company’s audio ad sales strategy. Prior to Spotify Sven was Group Manager Planning at OMD in Düsseldorf. He gained his expertise in (online) audio during his nine years at RMS where he had several roles from Sales Manager to Head of Digital Media to member of the Executive Board. In 2015, he founded audioStep and worked as a consultant.

Christina Keller leads the Creative Shop for Facebook and Instagram across the Central European Region. Together with a team of art directors, copywriters and planners, she supports agencies and clients to come up with innovative and efficient mobile first ideas. Before joining Facebook in August 2015, Christina worked for several advertising agencies as a strategic planner - including Jung von Matt, TBWA and DDB - and later as a client for Deutsche Bahn. She is passionate about digging for data and human insights and about translating this into inspiring campaigns that really matter to people.

With 19 years experience in Digital Marketing and Customer Experience or CRM, call it the way you want, Emmanuel is a Customer Experience activist. Specialized in the Oracle Marketing Cloud offering and in Digital Marketing in general, he's been involved in several great successes in Germany and Switzerland over the last couple of years.

Torsten joined Facebook 2016. As Head of Marketing Science DACH he is responsible for advertising effectiveness research and supports clients and agencies in the introduction of people-based measurement and the improvement of measurement standards for digital media. Prior to joining Facebook, Torsten co-founded both companies SirValUse and nurago, focussing on User Experience and measuring users’ behavior in digital platforms. After the acquisition of these companies by GfK, Torsten built up the global product group GfK Digital Market Intelligence.

Stefan Mölling has been active in the media business since 2005, first in the area of magazine marketing at Axel Springer Media Impact, then for four years as advertising manager of BILD am SONNTAG and additionally as Head of Marketing of the cross-media brand concepts of the BILD Group. For two years he moved to RMS as Managing Director to head audio marketing in southern Germany. This was followed by his return to Media Impact in 2014, where he was initially responsible for the marketing of the BILD and WELT Group (Print & Digital) as General Manager Marketing and then, as General Manager Sales & Business Development, for agency management with responsibility for the restructuring of the sales organization. From January 2017, he was Head of Digital Sales at Media Impact. Since April 2019, Stefan Mölling, as Managing Director Digital, has been responsible for the Digital Division at Media Impact.

Mark Walters' extensive commercial and managerial experience, spanning over 25 years, has seen him working in all areas of media, taking responsibility for management team building, project development and value creation. Over 11 years, Mark became Managing Director of performance network, Awin in the UK and US, joining the Executive board in April 2014. Mark was appointed as Group CEO in September 2014 where the key underlying drivers are culture and technology.

Ramona has been working at Facebook since 2018. As Product Marketing Manager, she is the interface between regional account teams and the product teams responsible for the further development of marketing activities on Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp and Messenger in the commerce area. Prior to joining Facebook, Ramona worked as a digital strategist for several years and was responsible for various online marketing channels on an international level at various companies, including Goodgame Studios, TOM TAILOR and Vistaprint.

Michael has been at Facebook since 2015. Together with his team, he looks after fashion clients such as the Otto Group or Zalando and helps them to increase the efficiency of their digital communication both strategically and tactically. Automation, personalization and creative scalability are currently the most prominent topics. Michael is a veteran of performance marketing and before joining Facebook he was responsible for the publisher business in the DACH region for many years for Awin, Europe's largest affiliate network. Prior to that, he was responsible for building the eCommerce business at E-Plus and Debitel.

Thomas views New Work as important differentiator for business in the future. New Work manifests itself in the work place (building, office space), organization (remote, collaboration, flat hierarchies) and tools (i.e. email, communication or Work Management tools). He is constantly reflecting and evaluating new concepts. His tenures at companies such as HUGO BOSS, Oracle, Fujitsu, Keynote Systems, Lectra, Dropbox or Asana constantly required different skills to create a successful customer experience. Thomas' 10 years in Silicon Valley between 1998 - 2008 significantly shaped his working-style. Throughout the years he developed a 'yes, let's try attitude'

Sibylle Tretera joined “her lovebrand” Pinterest in London earlier this year, where she is leading the team of Creative Strategists for Europe. Her passion for creativity, innovation and technology has defined her career path throughout which led her to drive strategic and creative partnerships with numerous global brands and their creative partners across various technology platforms. Prior to Pinterest she was driving Google’s creative business partnerships across Central Europe out of London and Hamburg. Sibylle has a special interest in behavioural psychology and is excited about how technology can positively impact society.

Started in 1995 at BILD as a Werder reporter. 1996 to 1998 Axel Springer School of Journalism. 2004 Head of Sports at BILD and BamS, 2011 Editor-in-Chief of SPORT BILD, 2014 Deputy Editor-in-Chief of BILD, since 2017 Editor-in-Chief of Sports at BILD and now also at WELT Group.

Christian Färber, Head of Digital Products, is responsible for the development of digital targeting solutions and the partnerships at Acxiom. The focus of the digital solutions is the integration of CRM data and the third party data of Acxiom into various online channels. Christian is also responsible for expanding the reach of personalized online advertising. Acxiom reaches almost 95 % of German internet users.

Emanuel Schach is working as a legal advisor, CIPP/E for Acxiom Deutschland GmbH for two years - a world-leading data service provider - and deals with the topic of data protection. Before joining Acxiom, Emanuel worked for a long time as a self-employed lawyer and supported the parliamentary committee of inquiry as a specialist.

Michael is responsible for all activities of Kameleoons in the German speaking countries. Based in Offenburg in the Black Forest, he leads a constantly growing team that takes care of all customers and leads in the DACH countries. In addition to over 10 years of experience in sales and consulting, he also held leading positions at Burda Direct and Kesselhaus GmbH.He teaches at several universities, sharing his know-how and experience in conversion optimization and business management. Michael holds an Executive MBA from the University of St. Gallen (Switzerland).

Christoph leads the 12-member consulting team at Kameleoon in Germany and supports the sales team in pre-sales activities.With about 10 years of experience in A/B testing and personalization, Christoph has completed hundreds of conversion optimization projects from SEA/ SMA to on-page campaigns.

After his studies in Hamburg, Felix Schlenther started his professional career in the Berlin start-up scene and has since been advising corporations and fast-growing companies on digitalization issues. Since 2018, he has also been supporting traditional retailers and e-commerce pure players in customer experience management. Eleftherios Kousakis heads the DACH sales team at AB Tasty - the fastest growing provider of AI-based experimentation and personalization. Elef has many years of experience in e-commerce: he started out in a digital marketing agency with a B2B focus, then moved to an international SaaS company known for its algorithmically driven recommendation engines, before joining AB Tasty to help companies achieve more conversions and revenues from all their digital assets.

As CSM Senior Manager at AB Tasty, Sascha Scheuren leads the Customer Success Management team for the DACH market. Sascha started his career in online marketing, so he knows what he is talking about when he supports marketing teams of companies like Just Spices, Flixbus or Yves Rocher with strategic and technical consulting in customer experience optimization.

Since 2019 Felix Herkenrath has actively supported agencies and key accounts of XING Marketing Solutions GmbH as Senior Key Account Manager. Anastassia Hättich has been dealing with social networks in the context of corporate communication since 2008: Numerous research projects during her studies at the University of Hohenheim and the JGU Mainz as well as her bachelor- and master thesis dealt with this topic. Anastassia was a content creator in Commerzbank's social media editorial team for almost four years and is currently responsible for the bank's content advertising and setting up social media analytics.

David is a geogeek and Solution Engineer helping customers to get the most out of their data. He holds a B.Sc. in geography and spent a while in Sweden for his M.Sc. in spatial planning. With a keen eye for visual design he loves tuning and polishing dashboards.

Before joining Tableau, Miriam finished her Master's degree in marketing intelligence. During her studies, she worked in different companies gaining deep insights into how firms handle data and the analysis of it. Knowing that there is a lot of potential for improvement, she started as Associate Solution Engineer at Tableau with the goal to enhance the people's data usage and analytical capabilities using Tableau. Wiebke works as a Customer Strategist and Keynote speaker at Falcon.io. Together with her customers she builds social media strategies, connects social media goals to company goals, and defines the right KPIs to measure success. She truly believes that companies are missing out if they don’t build personal interactions and create a loyal community on Social Media. According to Wiebke, social media strikes the perfect balance between the creative space and the hardcore data analytics. As early as during his studies, Florian Junge founded a sports marketing agency and in 2003 became managing partner of Jungebad KG, the foundation stone of which was laid by his grandfather. During this time he added a certified natural cosmetics brand to the brand portfolio and pushed ahead with the internationalisation of the company. In 2012 he brought his company into WALA Heilmittel GmbH and has been working there ever since. After holding various positions in international product management Dr. Hauschka, Florian now heads the International Brand Management division since 2018. Together with his team he is developing the future of the Dr. Hauschka brand and is responsible for the conception of the global image, communication and advertising strategy. He studied law and trained as a foreign affairs officer.

Wendi is the CEO of Yext Europe. She has twenty years of experience as a technology and marketing leader at some of the world’s largest tech companies. Wendi has been a leader at Yext since joining the company in 2011, and has held a variety of executive roles, including leading Sales, Partnerships, Customer Success, and Consulting.She has previously held executive positions at Oracle, Gartner, Right Media, and Yahoo!, where she was Vice President of Account Management for North America. She has served on multiple boards including Dailyworth.com, Student Transportation, Step Up Women’s Network, Georgia Tech Advisory Board, and the Georgia Tech Foundation.

Guido Weber studied economics and business sciences at Mercator University in Duisburg. After working for VIAG Interkom and as a commerce marketing specialist at an agency focusing on Sony, he came to work for Vodafone in 2001. Here, he worked at different positions intersecting with consumer sales, marketing, and brand management. Today, as Head of Sales & Trade Marketing, he is responsible for all activating communications at the point of sale, as well as frequency allocation, which is becoming more and more digital these days.
Ric Rodriguez is the SEO Consultant at Yext and recently joined Yext from Dentsu Aegis Network's iProspect, a role which saw him driving organic search forward for clients that partnered with their sister media agency Carat. Prior to this, Ric held roles at well-known independent digital agencies, most notably within Croud - where he led the team that supported global workspace leader IWG with a remit to deliver activity across over 100 countries - and at Hearst's iCrossing, where he was a part of the multi-award winning L'Oreal team. Ric has a genuine and infectious passion for marketing and technology and is a frequent author and speaker across well-known industry events and publications. Most recently, Ric published his first co-authored book Mastering Inhouse SEO and was an industry award judge for UK Digital Growth and Content Awards.


Philipp Schneider has worked in various marketing functions for the international data analytics group YouGov since 2015. He is currently Head of Marketing and responsible for corporate communications for the German-speaking countries. Previously, he worked as an editor and project manager in a Cologne based PR agency and as a freelancer for various educational institutions. Philipp regularly writes columns for WirtschaftsWoche and Horizont.

Karolina co-runs the creative team at Admind, taking care of its development and the quality of projects. She is responsible for creating and implementing complex branding strategies for both global (ABB, Shell, Givaudan) and local brands. Together with the Newgold, she was awarded at the Annecy International Animated Film Festival for the short film The Guardian – an interpretation of a fragment of Franz Kafka’s The Trial through 2D and 3D animation. Alexandra started as Performance Marketing Analyst at hagebau connect in May 2019. Jana Krahforst studied law at the University of Passau until 2018. During her studies she worked in the field of public procurement and medical law at the Brandenburg Medical Council in Potsdam. She also worked as a research assistant for the Munich-based law firm Mattil & Kollegen that is specialised on banking and capital markets. Since 2019, she is Head of Legal at Usercentrics.

Hanna Waldenmaier has already worked for companies such as Google and Salesforce and has gained extensive experience in sales and customer success in the digital SaaS industry. As Head for Strategic Partnerships at Usercentrics GmbH, Hanna is responsible for the acquisition and enablement of our partners. Daniel is a Social Listening Professional and an Inbound Marketing Expert. For 3 years already he's working for the Luxemburg-based Social Listening and Analytics Platform Talkwalker as the Marketing Manager DACH. Talkwalker has offices in New York, San Francisco, Paris, Singapore and Frankfurt. Before he worked for 3 years at Apple Itunes as an App Store Editor and briefly for Amazon as Content Marketing Manager. He started his career at the European publishing house of G+J, with several positions in Hamburg and Madrid.

Stefanie is a manager in the department of Native Products & Sales at the Axel Springer Brand Studios, the Creative Content Unit of Axel Springer, where she accompanies the presales process at an interface between creativity and business. Previously, she started her career at Media Impact in Social Media Advertising after gaining her first professional experience in marketing in the energy industry in Hanover. Stefanie completed her studies of economics in Hanover with a stopover in Southern France.

Michael Kutschinski is creative Managing Director of Plan.Net UX, an agency specializing in user experience, since march 2019. There he further develops the interaction of creation and technology to optimize the user experience across all digital channels. In addition to this position Kutschinski is also Chief Creative Officer of the Plan.Net Group. In this function he is responsible for the creative product of all Plan.Net agencies and the internationalization of the group.Prior, he was Chief Creative Officer Ogilvy Germany and Global Creative Leader Customer Engagement & Commerce at Ogilvy in Berlin until the end of 2018.
