The entire team is putting in long hours—some around the clock–you should put together you agendas for when you are in Hamburg. Because the only way to get the absolute maximum from the Festival is to organize the madness with a bit of structure. And that includes planning visits to our exhibitors and setting up appointments with them. Request an appointment with these 30 partners now.

The only thing left to do is go through all 400 of our exhibitors and make an appointment, with those that could really help you and your business furhter. In our experience a confirmed appointment leads to better networking.

Take your time, do your homework and pick out the most interesting exhibitors from the bunch and request an appointment. It’s super simple: click the exhibitor logo and then in the next window enter your preferred time beneath “make an appointment.” Now click send. Now you’re done. We’ll pass along your request to the exhibitor and then confirm your appointment—or suggest an alternative time.
